The job is a little bit of hard work. It involves reading job tickets and or customer invoices, organizing the rough planed stock for a job, measuring, optimizing, cutting, and tallying product to go into our moulding operation. Often, this is "hurry up offense" since we have a just in time mentality. We have a team atmosphere, and good hard-working people are who we like. We are adding space and modern equipment, and we need the right people with a good attitude to grow with our company. This position requires the following skills: Experience with cutting rough hardwood into "blanks"; Experience with straight line rip saws (laser rips); Experience optimizing hardwood lumber; Experience with Weinig Moulders a plus; Experience with 2-sided planers and resaws a plus; Ability and desire to learn and produce exceptional products for our growing, nationwide customer base. 40 hours per week (8:30 - 5:30) Overtime available when necessary.
